As an entrepreneur, investment banker, and co-founder of
Deep Fork Capital, Andre understands the dynamics and
demands that innovation and change require of individuals
and organizations. As such, he represents Deep Fork’s
investments in Trulia, Reach Media Group, Oodle, Genius,
Delectable and Dataminr.
André co-founded DFC in 2008 and acts as a Managing Partner of the fund. In 2003, he co-founded Vintrust and served as its Chief Executive Officer and subsequently its Chairman. Prior to Vintrust, he worked as an investment banker and financier in the technology industry helping advise and grow some of the most successful Internet companies. In 1998, Andre joined Morgan Stanley & Co. to run its global Internet banking practice, working directly with Mary Meeker. Before that, he founded the Internet banking effort at Robertson Stephens in 1995. During his career as an Internet banker, Andre advised new and large companies including Amazon.com, eBay, Priceline, Ask Jeeves, Real Networks, VeriSign, AOL/Time Warner, Viacom, The Gap, American Airlines and Softbank, among others.
Andre holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College in Connecticut.
